When the marketing company isn't working.
Spark41 is the firm organizations across Elkhart County and Northern Indiana turn to when growth is essential and the marketing they are paying for is not producing it. Most of our clients had a marketing company before us. The handoff is clean, the accounts end up in your name, and the work begins with learning the business, inventorying what you have, and deciding what stays.
How the handoff works.
- What works stays, whoever built it.
- What changes comes with the reason and the number it affects.
- Your domain, your ad accounts, your analytics, your social admin roles, and your files stay in your name.
- Your previous firm is never graded, in the meeting or on this site.
What happens first.
Access and inventory. Every account, asset, login, and contract, listed, with ownership confirmed in your name.
The read. What the last year actually produced, from your numbers, in plain language.
One page: what stays, what changes, and why.
The plan with a number on it, and which of the three ways in fits.
How to leave cleanly.
Give the notice your contract requires. Ask in writing for your files, your ad accounts, your domain registrar login, your analytics, and your social admin roles. We will help you collect all of it. Confidentiality runs in both directions. What was built before stays between you and them, and what we build stays between you and us.
How it connects.
A switch usually starts with marketing strategy and often becomes an embedded marketing team. Advertising accounts and the website are the first things inventoried, which is where advertising and websites and SEO come in. How we work explains the three ways in.

Questions.
Will you tell us what our previous firm did wrong?
We will tell you what to keep and what to change. We do not grade other firms.
Who owns the ad accounts, the website, and the content?
You do. Everything we build is in your name from the first day, and the agreement says so.
How fast can you take over?
As fast as access allows. Inventory comes first, then the plan with a number on it.
Can we keep part of what we have?
Yes. Keeping what works is the first thing we do.
Is switching marketing agencies hard?
Switching starts with an inventory and ends with the accounts in your name. The decision gets easier from there.
