Privacy.

The Spark41 inquiry form collects the challenges you select, the answers you write, your name, organization, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, urgency, referring page, submission time, and limited technical information needed to prevent abuse.

Where an inquiry goes.

A submission and the response summary shown on the receipt page are stored in Spark41's private Cloudflare database before delivery is attempted. A notification containing both is sent to thrive@spark41.com. An acknowledgment is sent to the email address you provide. The stored record protects the inquiry if email delivery fails and gives a co-founder one place to review it.

How the summary works.

The receipt reflects the facts and language in your answers. When Spark41's private summarization service is available, it may refine that wording under strict instructions not to diagnose, invent, or infer facts. If it is unavailable, the site uses a direct summary built from your selected answers. The final version is stored with the inquiry.

How long it stays.

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so Spark41 can respond, continue the conversation, and understand prior contact. A record connected to active work may be kept with the business records for that work. You may ask Spark41 to delete an inquiry unless a legal recordkeeping duty applies.

Spam protection and analytics.

The form uses a hidden spam field, strict same-origin checks, rate limits, and Cloudflare Turnstile when configured. Turnstile receives the technical information Cloudflare needs to assess abuse. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that reports aggregate page and performance data. Spark41 does not add advertising trackers to these custom pages.

What Spark41 does with the information.

Spark41 uses an inquiry to read the challenge, reply, and decide whether the team can help. Spark41 does not sell inquiry information. Spark41 does not share it for another company's advertising. Service providers that operate the site and delivery systems process information only to provide those systems.

Ask about your information.

Email thrive@spark41.com to ask what inquiry information Spark41 holds, correct it, or request deletion. Include the email address used in the form so the record can be located.
